Pricing FAQ
Everything you need to know before choosing a plan. If something is not covered here, reach out to the team.
The Trial plan gives you a set of free credits to test Bifense against your real workloads using the production API. No credit card is required and there is no time limit. You can run verifications, test webhook delivery, and evaluate accuracy before committing to a paid plan.
On the Pay As You Go plan, API calls are deducted from your prepaid credit wallet. When your balance reaches zero, subsequent requests will return a 402 status code until you top up. You can configure low-balance alerts in the console so you are never caught off guard. Enterprise plans include negotiated rate limits with overage terms defined in your contract.
Yes. You can upgrade from Trial to Pay As You Go at any time through the billing console. Moving to an Enterprise plan requires a conversation with the sales team so we can tailor terms, SLAs, and deployment options to your requirements. Downgrades are also supported and take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Absolutely. Enterprise plans are built around your volume, compliance requirements, and deployment preferences. This can include dedicated infrastructure, regional data residency, custom SLAs, and volume-based discounts. Contact the sales team to start a conversation.
Self-serve plans accept all major credit and debit cards through our payment processor. Enterprise customers can pay via bank transfer or wire with net-30 or net-60 terms depending on the contract.
No. There is no setup fee for any plan. Trial and Pay As You Go plans are fully self-serve, and you can start making API calls within minutes of creating an account. Enterprise onboarding includes dedicated integration support at no additional cost.
Each successful API call deducts a fixed credit amount from your wallet. Different operations have different credit costs. For example, a 1:1 verification uses one credit while a 1:N identification search costs more depending on the size of the watchlist. Detailed per-call billing breakdowns are available in the console.
Yes. Enterprise customers who commit to an annual contract receive meaningful volume discounts compared to monthly billing. The exact discount depends on your projected volume and the services included. Reach out to sales for a custom quote.
